Seawalk Pavilion, Jacksonville Beach
Want to be a vendor?

Just A Few Words
About The Event
The Jax Beach Arts Market is open only to specific vendors. Our primary focus is on artists and craftsmen who make their own products. Our vendors are divided into three categories:
Jewelry: This is an artist who sells any jewelry. Jewelry must be handmade, not a resell. We do restrict the number of jewelry artists to approximately 10% of the total artists.
Artists: Must sell items they make themselves. If you intend on selling any jewelry, you must sign up for a jewelry booth. This is to limit the number of jewelry artists.
Business: A limited number of business booths are available to provide local businesses an opportunity to reach out to our customers. This is not for artists.
Prohibited items:
- Anything you did not make yourself
- Screen printed items including shirts and coffee tumblers.
- Food vendors (including food trucks)
- Paparazzi and other resell jewelry
- CBD
- Anything deemed by the producer to not be appropriate, email if you are concerned.

FAQ
Booth assignments are made the week of the event. This is so we can properly place everyone. We do not want to put two vendors with similar products next to each other. We also need to know how many vendors we have in order to choose the correct layout.
You will receive an email with a location number. The map can be found using this link: Map
You are paying for a 10’x10′ space only. We do not provide anything additional, including tables or chairs. You will need to bring everything you need for your setup including: 10’x10′ tent, chairs, tables, weights for the tent.
The honest answer is I have no idea. It is an outside event in Florida. We do not sell tickets, so there is no way to predict how many people will show up. Some months it is steady foot traffic all day, others are slow. The weather may not cooperate, there may be a competing event in town, or people may just stay home that day. However, slow days are not bad. Fifty people who are there to buy art is better than 5,000 people who are only there for music and don’t want your products. Surprisingly, slow or rainy days tend to be the most profitable for the artists.
Setup begins at 7am. You are allowed to drive on the sidewalks to quickly unload your vehicles until 9am. After 9am there are too many vendors and people to safely allow vehicles through the venue.
The event ends at 4pm. We do not force vendors to stay until 4 as we understand that heat and other factors may force you to shorten your day. However, we do not allow vendors to drive into the event until at 4:30, or later depending on the crowds. This is a safety concern.
We do not normally allow food trucks at the Arts Market. The addition of food trucks triples the cost to produce the event and doesn’t generate enough revenue to offset the expense.
Maybe? We do not provide power. However, some locations are near power outlets that may or may not work.
The Jax Beach Arts Market is truly artist focused. We only allow products that are made personally by the artist. This is about selling your art.
Anything you did not make yourself; screen printed items including shirts and coffee tumblers; food vendors; paparazzi and other resell jewelry; CBD; anything deemed by the producer to not be appropriate, email if you are concerned.
No. We have a no refund policy. We also do not issue credits towards future markets. This is not us being mean. This is an outside event with many unknown variables, including weather. That is the risk of doing an outside event. However, even if it rains, we still have to pay the costs to produce the event including renting the facility, insurance, and marketing.
We do not verify if you have a valid business license. Some municipalities and regulatory agencies may require you to have a permit, however that is between you and that entity.
